We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Like pruning a rose bush, we’ve made the process simple and clear:
Step-by-Step Returns Process

- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all tags attached, including our provided return label.
- Ship Your Return: Send via tracked courier service to our Manchester address (return shipping at your expense).
- Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Garden Chemicals: For safety reasons, all garden chemicals are final sale
- Personalized Items: Custom-made or monogrammed products
- Used/Damaged Goods: Items not in original condition or showing signs of use
- Clearance Items: Marked as “final sale” at purchase
